Hi I’m Angie,

I work with women in midlife and menopause who want to feel more at home in themselves again.

This stage of life can bring physical changes, emotional shifts, and a quiet sense that what used to work for you no longer gives you what you want or need.

Things that once felt manageable can start to feel heavier. Old ways of pushing through don’t land in the same way anymore.

And it’s rarely just about hormones.

It’s about energy. Identity. A personal evolution.
It’s about learning how to care for yourself in ways that are kinder, more realistic, and more sustainable for the life you’re actually living now.

My work is about supporting and guiding you, as you navigate these changes.
Your body, your mind, and the wider context of your life all matter here.

I offer a grounded, compassionate way of working that weaves together practical wellbeing support with space to explore what is shifting beneath the surface.

Sometimes that looks like small, steady changes you can actually live with.

Sometimes it looks like making sense of feelings you’ve been carrying quietly for a long time.

This is not about hacks or quick fixes.
It’s about listening to yourself more honestly, and learning how to support who you are becoming.

You can work with me in a group or one to one, depending on what feels most supportive for you right now.
You’ll find more about both options below.

“I really enjoyed my sessions with Angie, they offered a space to pause, reflect and explore what I needed.
She gently questioned with curiosity and invited me to explore what would best support me which resulted in some really key insights.

The guidance she offered was always an invitation, so I never felt pressured, which made it easy to make the tweaks and changes in my eating, and my “doing” in many areas of my life.

The sessions flowed with such ease and each session provided so much wisdom.
Working with Angie felt like a real gift and I feel better equipped to embrace the next stage of my peri menopause journey”.

“When perimenopause symptoms strike, so many women try to hide them and feel like they’re failing in some way by admitting they feel the way they do.

Angie reassured us that it’s ok to feel like that during perimenopause, it’s part of our human growth as women…
Instead of hiding from it, fighting against it and ultimately putting more stress on our bodies and minds, we should own it and adapt where we need to.”
