You know what?

Even though we’re talking about menopause much more these days, there’s still far too many women who feel lost and alone amongst it all.

Do you know how to navigate this time of life, to find your path through midlife and menopause in a way that actually feels joyful? So that you can truly enjoy this life chapter, whilst befriending yourself (not battling)?

There’s a better way than trying to muddle through this on your own, with second hand advice from a friend, or dodgy Dr Google.
Especially if you’re looking for an uplifting approach, and inspiring advice that actually works (not dry information you’ve heard before).

For just ten quid a month we’ll provide you with the right support and expertise, to help you:

  • Understand what’s really going on for you (we understand that just ‘blaming’ your hormones isn’t a satisfactory answer).
  • Feel more supported, understood, alongside a small group of welcoming and friendly women who will listen to your story.
  • Make a plan of action that fits who you are, and then help you make it happen, in a way that feels right for you.

Finding Yourself In Menopause is more than a group with a library of valuable information.

We’re a community. Individual women going through our own challenges and celebrations; sometimes mental sometimes physical (often both).

We’re a group of women who are curious (and sometimes frustrated too!) about where this midlife journey is taking us.

We understand that menopause and midlife is more than a hormonal ‘event’, we feel it to our core!

If you’re looking for genuine conversation, the warmth of connection – not just more information that you don’t know what to do with… come and sit with us. You will always be made welcome here.

If you’re looking for a quick fix to ‘solve’ any issue associated with midlife and menopause, we’re not for you.

We can definitely help you with solutions and answers to your questions, and you can expect lots of support along the way.

Our expertise is in navigating this midlife and menopause journey in a way that provides you with your own map, to get you where you want to go – in health and wellness, and in life.

Yes, we do have a whole library of resources – videos and written guides – but I know you’re already overwhelmed so we don’t need to start with that.

Let’s start with who you are, what you want for yourself, who you have been and who you feel yourself becoming. I know you’re not the same person you were, that’s midlife. That’s menopause.

And if you’d prefer to do that in the company of other women who also want to feel more confident and uplifted,

then we’d love to have you join us.

Testimonials

“Angie’s expertise really shone through… she approaches the topic with enthusiasm, reassurance and even a sense of humour.
One of the key takeaway from the session was that we are all in this together. While not everyone’s experiences will be the same, there is strength and support in numbers.”
Louise

“When perimenopause symptoms strike, so many women try to hide them and feel like they’re failing in some way by admitting they feel the way they do.
Angie reassured us that it’s ok to feel like that during perimenopause, it’s part of our human growth as women…
“Instead of hiding from it, fighting against it and ultimately putting more stress on our bodies and minds, we should own it and adapt where we need to.”
Claire
