One to One with Angie
We might talk about movement, nourishment, rest, and stress. The foundational aspects of what really supports your whole self in the middle of real life.
We might also talk about what you’re carrying, what feels heavy, what feels confusing, or what is slowly falling away. Often, it’s a mix of all of that.
One to one sessions with me are online, unless you live nearby in East Lothian, Scotland.
How does coaching work?
This is not about ticking boxes or following a perfect plan.
It’s about us coming together to create a route through the often overwhelming chapter of peri menopause, a path that feels right for where you’re at currently, to where you really want to be.
It’s common for us also to talk about that internal struggle with yourself, when you do know what helps but doing it consistently feels a bit out of reach.
My role is to offer steady support, some gentle structure with the Whole Woman Wellness method, and a place where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or pretend you’ve got life all worked out already.
This work is not about becoming a better version of yourself.
